Bruno Gaeta holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and an MBA in Economics and Business Management from FGV. For many years, he was a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School. He built a solid international corporate career at companies such as BASF, where he held leadership roles in finance, controlling, and performance management — including an assignment in Germany as Global Performance Management Manager.

In 2020, driven by the belief that every human being carries unlimited potential, he founded LBR | Life & Business Results — a strategic solutions company that applies a unique methodology to integrate life and business, empowering leaders and entrepreneurs to achieve extraordinary results without losing sight of who they truly are.
